19 , 20 In order to ensure that the evaluation indicators have a positive trend, we transformed the 13 indicators of 10 hospitals with the same trend, normalized the indicators to find out the optimal and least optimal matrix vectors, calculated the distance of the indicators of each Chinese hospital from the positive and negative ideals (D+ and D−), and ranked the C i value indicating the close to the optimal solution.
