(4) Comprehensive Efficacy: According to bacteriology, imaging criteria, and a comprehensive evaluation of efficacy, the results are divided into: 1 Effective: The patient’s clinical symptoms disappeared, sputum bacteria turned negative, X-ray showed significant lesion absorption, the cavity narrowed, and the condition persisted for more than 3 months; 2 Invalid: Various clinical symptoms did not change or even showed an increasing trend, with continuous positive sputum bacteria.
