In the tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs), although the anti-PD-1 + anti-TNFR2 group, the anti-PD-1 + anti-PTP1B group and the triple therapy group exhibited an increasing trend, the proportion of M1 TAMs in the PBS group, the anti-PD-1 group and the anti-PD-1 + anti-TNFR2 group was lower compared with that in the triple therapy group.
