According to the analysis of the trends of ASR ( Table 1 ), global ASIR (estimated annual percentage change (EAPC) =0.69, 95% confidence interval (CI) = 0.67–0.72), ASPR (EAPC = 0.31, 95% CI = 0.30–0.32), ASMR (EAPC = 0.73, 95% CI = 0.61–0.86), and ASDR (EAPC = 0.45, 95% CI = 0.34–0.56) illustrated an increasing trend from 1990 to 2019.
