On multivariate analysis, BRT (HR, 0.42; 95% CI, 0.23-0.80; P = .008) and the number of prior lines of systemic therapy (HR, 1.35; 95% CI, 1.06-1.72; P = .014) retained significant association with RFS, whereas preleukapheresis ferritin level (HR, 1.00; 95% CI, 1.000-1.001; P = .052) had borderline significant association with RFS.
