The differential proteomic analysis yielded 30 highly significant proteins that were overexpressed in hospitalised COVID-19 patients compared to non-hospitalised patients, which passed a significance threshold of log2FC >= 0.5 and p -value < 0.01 ( Table 2 , columns 2 and 3, respectively).
