The haplotypes ‘C-C’ and ‘G-C’ (rs59763167-rs521099) and ‘A-A-A’ (rs33982662-rs34936112-rs73566945) of CEP164 and INPP5E , respectively, were overrepresented either in the PCG cases or controls and exhibited a possible trend of association (based on uncorrected p value) but did not withstand statistical correction ( Table 2 ).
