As the tip force increased, the total barrier height showed a decreasing trend, which agreed with the barrier height and polarization direction (Figure 4d ). 3 Conclusion In conclusion, the large lateral size ultra‐smooth 2D c‐In 2 O 3 nanocrystal possessed a high crystallinity with a centrosymmetric la‐3 space group.
