Despite no significant difference in the IFN-γ concentration between groups A and B (median = 560.9 versus 318.0 mIU/mL; p = 0.6634), it was interesting to note that there was an increasing trend in IFN-γ production among the study participants who had received both COVID-19 and DTP vaccinations.
