Specifically, we observed highly significant positive correlations between GJC1 expression and gene sets representing E2F targets, G2/M checkpoint, mitotic spindle, DNA repair, positive regulation of cell cycle processes, negative regulation of cell cycle, mitotic spindle organization, and G2/M phase transition.
