We set 300 bp upstream of DEGs as promoter regions and found a highly significant enrichment of PATZ1 motifs (FDR = 3.4E-09) among other transcription factors (Fig. 2d ), suggesting a PATZ1-driven adipogenic transcriptional program in PATZ1 expressing cells.
