For each of the RD scores and for the DLQI, repeated measures analyses considering group, treatment week (as an ordinal variable, 0–7) and the group–week interaction identified a consistent, highly significant ( p < 0·0001) association between outcome score and treatment week, with significantly and increasingly higher scores over time.
