Discrete choice experiment DCE data was analyzed using a conditional logit model, from which coefficients for each attribute level were computed, which all showed the expected directions (Table 3 ) The Wald test was highly significant (97.92 (df = 14), p = < 0.001), suggesting the parameters used in the model provide significant prediction of the outcomes calculated.
