Steady-state plasma exposure showed a decreasing trend compared to that observed with a single administration, which is most likely due to an autoinduction effect on cytochrome P -450 3A4 (CYP3A4) caused by alrizomadlin after multiple doses, given that alrizomadlin both induces CYP3A4 expression and is also metabolized by the enzyme.
