The results showed that as the volume of the defect increased, the equivalent stress on the cortical surface of the femur exhibited an increasing trend, with values of 2.82 MPa, 2.94 MPa, and 2.97 MPa, representing increases of 9.3%, 14.0%, and 15.1%, respectively, compared to the fibular implantation group C.
