A nonsignificant trend toward a decrease for both DP8α Treg frequency ( Figure 8A ) and their CD73 expression ( Figure 8B ) was observed before mobilization in available donors whose grafts triggered aGvHD in patients, suggesting that donors with a reduced frequency of CD73 + DP8α Tregs could already harbor features making them prone to aGvHD development in recipients.
