When T4→T2→T6 (with the increase of perlite proportion and the decrease of Alfisols soil proportion, Supplementary Figure S1 , same below), all the indexes showed a decreasing trend, and the growth of E. scandens seedlings was even weaker than CK when too much perlite was added.
