The change trend of the MCR value showed a decreasing trend from the steep mountainous area to the lake shoreline, with the minimum resistance value near the lake shoreline, indicating that the risk of NPS pollution in mountain areas was less than that in flat terrain areas, and the river water quality near lake shores was most affected by NPS pollution.
