However, additional studies are required to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the performance of this CADe system. The clinical relevance of our study is supported by the increased detection of SSLs, as reflected by the significant relative 58 % increase of SSLs per colonoscopy and a borderline significant but absolute increase of 6.3 % in the SSL detection rate in the CADe arm.
