The analysis of the RNA-seq dataset for the kiwifruit shoots with Psa inoculation (PRJNA514180) revealed ( Figures 5B–E ) that the expressions of AcMT3b and AcMT2 were higher than those of the other two MTs, with a decreasing trend noted for the former two at the early stage (2 to 48 h) after Psa infection, followed by a recovery phase that began at 96 h.
