This was curious and could infer a relationship between bsAb flexibility and a possible binding-induced conformational change phenomenon, and this warrants further investigation. Multivalency studied using the L, Tg, and Th structures did not yield an obvious trend with cytotoxicity, which contrasted to simulated viability data obtained with the geometry-independent mathematical model.
