GDM risk showed a decreasing trend in the medium versus the high score group when compared to the low score group, with a consistent trend regardless of household fuel type used (adjusted OR = 0.39, 95% CI 0.27–0.57) (adjusted OR = 0.12, 95% CI 0.05–0.28), respectively.
