In this study, the POD activity of the leaves from the two mango varieties showed an increasing trend under low temperature stress, and the SOD activity increment of the cold resistant mango JH was significantly greater than that of the non-cold resistant mango variety TN, indicating that POD activity was positively correlated with the cold resistance in mango.
