The OD value and cell attachment rate of 5 × 10 6 cells under RCCS culture peaked on day 10 and declined on day 14, while the OD value and cell attachment rate of 2.5 × 10 6 cells showed an increasing trend ( Figs. 4B and 4C ), which was the optimal concentration for cell proliferation.
