Glycolysis and the Pentose Phosphate Pathways Are Important for GCRV Replication As KEGG pathway enrichment of the glycolysis and pentose phosphate metabolism reached highly significant levels at both the protein and metabolic levels ( p < 0.001), we treated CIK cells with the glycolysis inhibitor 2-DG and the pentose phosphate pathway inhibitor DHEA, and then infected them with GCRV to observe the effect on GCRV replication.
