The results revealed that compared to docetaxel, enzalutamide sequential therapy (HR: 0.22, 95% CI: 0.03–1.67) and enzalutamide combined therapy (HR: 0.46, 95% CI: 0.06–3.07) exhibited a favorable trend in enhancing the time to PSA progression in mHSPC patients ( Supplementary Material 6R ).
