The association with myocardial infarction remained statistically significant (HR = 1.05 (1.01–1.09)) while the other associations were borderline significant (HR = 1.02 (1.00–1.05) for cardiovascular diseases, and 1.03 (0.99–1.07) for cerebrovascular diseases and for stroke).
