Moreover, the efficacy of sertraline plus chloroquine in 2012.2 cells was highly significant under hypoxic conditions (Fig. 4B ). 3D clonogenic assays demonstrated that the isogenic PSPH amp and PSPH V116I GBM 1919 cells display high sensitivity to the combination therapy under physiologically relevant low concentrations of glucose, a response that was not significantly observed in wildtype 1919 GBM cells (Fig. 4C ).
