Yet, while privatisation is an increasing trend in Slovenia, the extent to which private services are offered (22% in PHC in Slovenia in 2019 [ 45 ]) and are important for NCD delivery is much lower than Cambodia, where almost 60% of people with chronic diseases are diagnosed and treated in private facilities [ 46 ].
