The results of this study showed that after mice were exerted with Vago, the 16S rRNA sequencing showed that the abundance of Lactobacillus in the gut microbiota of mice in the Vago group was significantly lower, and the abundance of Bifidobacterium and Bacteroides showed a decreasing trend compared to mice in the SS group.
