For large-span tunnels, three different channel steel models, [12.6, [14a, and [16a, were selected, with corresponding maximum deformation of 59.7 mm, 46.41 mm, and 38.62 mm, respectively, showing a decreasing trend in structural deformation as the channel steel size increases.
