The treatments GSNO+1Si, GSNO+2Si, and GSNO+4Si exhibited 1086.00%, 852.60%, and 321.28% higher NIP2-1 expression in the nodules compared to that of the Control, while a decreasing trend was observed, as NIP2-1 expression in GSNO+2Si and GSNO+4Si was 19.68% and 64.48% lower, respectively, than in GSNO+1Si ( Figure 2 E).
