Pleasure scores (hedonic tone) were lower after exposure to the ‘mixed 40’ when compared to both ‘natural’ and ‘mixed 20’, however this was marginally non-significant when analysed with post-hoc Tukey contrasts ( Table 3 ), despite soundscape treatment being a significant fixed effect when analysed with a GLMM ( S2 Table ).
