Regarding conditional features, although their average feature importance was modest, certain key features, such as TP53 mutation, growth rate, and tissue of hematopoietic and lymphoid origin emerged as highly significant, even when compared with other omic datasets (Fig. 4a , Supplementary Data 9 ).
