To verify the hypothesis that the stress levels of the FMWs decreased from the first week to the sixth week, paired sample t-tests were conducted to compare the difference between FMWs’ self-rating scores in current week and previous week, and all t-values were negative and significant ( p < 0.01), indicating a decreasing trend in the FMWs’ stress trend levels.
