Compared with the blank group, the relative abundance of Akkermansia and Klebsiella in the HN group was significantly reduced, while that of Lachnospiraceae_NK4A136_group and Prevotellaceae_UCG_001 showed a decreasing trend, and the relative abundances of Bacteroides and Alistipes increased significantly.
