It is encouraging that the current toxicokinetics and safety studies in nanozyme research use the same administration route and dose as the efficacy studies, allowing the alignment of toxicity evaluation with the therapeutic efficacy and thus the investigation of a possible trend in the nanozyme behavior in the whole organism.
