All bioactive compounds analyzed in the study (including fucoxanthin, chlorophylls (a, b, and c), total chlorophyll content, DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities, total polyphenol, flavonoid, phlorotannin, phylloquinone, and cobalamin contents) showed highly significant interactions with drying conditions and sea mustard waste parts ( p < 0.001).
