The results revealed that PPIH induced a decrease in Th17 cells and an increasing trend in Treg cells in the TME ( Figure 9F ), and the proportion of Th17/Treg in shCON group was significantly less than in shPPIH group ( Figure 9G ), which is also consistent with previous bioinformatic predictions.
