Based on these findings, overall, as the concentration of liposome and ATC increased, a decreasing trend was observed for the viability of macrophages treated with empty and drug-containing liposomes, which is in agreement with the results of cell viability of blank and ATC-loaded liposomes in a previous study ( Li et al., 2019 ).
