The peak at 3282.5 cm -1 is highly significant, which indicates the presence of hydroxyl (-OH) groups of the aromatic rings’ groups responsible for the production of SeNPs, serve as a stabilizing and coating agent for selenium nanoparticles, which revealed the biopolymer association. 2111.6 cm -1 resembling C = C bond stretching (benzene), the peaks at 1636.3 cm -1 were related to the presence of the amide I band, C = O, stretch of the ester group, and N-H bending at 1515.3 cm -1 .
