The effects of different doses of compound enzyme preparations on the production performance, meat quality and rumen microorganisms of yak were studied by metagenomics and transcriptomics.

As shown in Figure 10A at the genus level Candidatus_Scybalousia showed a highly significant positive correlation with the COL11A1 gene ( p < 0.001), Candidatus_Pelethosoma showed a significant positive correlation with the COL11A1 gene ( p < 0.01) and Candidatus_ Fimihabitans, Mesoplasma, Paramaledivibacter, Xylanibacillus, Zarconia, Gallionella were positively correlated with COL11A1 ( p < 0.05).
