In the univariate analysis of baseline factors predicting the development of POAG in the LALES, the OR for POAG per 40 μm decrease in CCT was 1.16 (95% CI: 0.90 to 1.50, p value=0.25), while in the multivariable analysis, adjusted for IOP, this association estimate became marginally statistically significant with an OR for POAG of 1.30 (95% CI: 1.00 to 1.70, p value=0.05).
