Although this did not achieve significance, taken together, it likely reflects the more indolent nature of LCH. cDI was not found to be predictive of the development of PfD, conflicting with previously published reports. 13 , 14 It is unclear why our result varies from previous work, as there are similar numbers of total patients and those with PfD in each cohort.
