Pathway analysis was carried out using Cytoscape [ 24 ] for all saliva protein clusters and showed Vitamin B12 metabolism (including transcobalamin 1, Vitamin B12 transporter) and folate metabolism enriched in the yellow cluster, which showed a decreasing trend with disease progression.
