Although no significant differences were detected in BDNF concentration among the revealed clusters ( p = 0.2175), a possible trend was observed, with the highest BDNF levels observed for Cl1 ( Figure 4 A), which is the cluster with the best diet quality (9.9 ± 3.6 ng/mL in Cl1 vs. 9.4 ± 3.9 ng/mL in Cl2 vs. 8.6 ± 3.3 ng/mL in Cl3, respectively).
