3.2 Relationship Between Postoperative AKI and 1‐Year CKD The results of univariate regression analysis suggested that preoperative Child‐Pugh grade C liver function, the duration of postoperative ICU stay and mechanical ventilation, moderate and severe AKI, and persistent AKI may be significant factors affecting the development of 1‐year CKD in pediatric patients following liver transplantation (Table 3 ).
