Interestingly, intra‐tumour endothelial cell count, although showing only a trend towards a worse prognosis in MISSONI (Figure 4G ), was prognostic in the BRAF cohort (Figure 4H ) and highly significant when the two cohorts were combined (Figure 4I ).
