Interpretation Triple combination therapy with deferoxamine, deferasirox and deferiprone is more efficacious in reducing iron burden measured by serum ferritin and showed a positive trend in reducing myocardial iron content in patients with transfusion-dependent β-thalassaemia with very high iron overload.
