We did not find the association of these genes with other geriatric outcomes such as multimorbidity or PAA, but participants with ASXL1 gene exhibited a potential increased risk for multimorbidity (3.64, 95% CI 0.95, 15.57, p = 0.06), even adjusted for smoking history, suggesting a trend toward significance (though low numbers limited interpretation).
